Alumna Enjoys a Life Filled with Alpha Phi Experiences
Caryl Frauenhoff Rohol '71 grew up Alpha Phi. Her mother, being an Alpha Phi herself, would jokingly warn Caryl and her sister, Lin Frauenhoff ’74, to keep their elbows off the table or they wouldn’t get into Alpha Phi, something they still laugh about today.
Needless to say, Caryl was interested in Alpha Phi well before she began her college years at DePauw. Between that, the great chapter house and Alpha Phi’s strong academic and intramural reputation, Caryl’s decision to join Alpha Phi was an easy one.

Did You Land a Job Thanks to Alpha Phi?
Alpha Phi was filled with many fun memories, and served as the foundation for great friendships that have lasted well beyond graduation. But we know that the Alpha Phi connections have likely led to great job opportunities too. Did you land a job thanks to a career network formed at Alpha Phi? Share your story on the message board.
Also, if you’re looking for a new job or looking to hire, the Alpha Phi sisterhood is a great place to network. You can share your details on the message board, and hopefully find your next career path or great employee.
Gamma Girls Fund Up and Running
The new Gamma Girls Fund is up and running and has already been used to help active sisters who are experiencing challenging financial situations. Through the generosity of Gamma alums, the wonderful experience of belonging to Alpha Phi will continue to be possible for our current and future members, allowing them to make the life-long friendships that we all treasure.
Thank you to all of the Annual Fund supporters who made this new program possible.
Jones Sisters Honor Mother Betty
Sisters and Gamma alums, Jody Jones Serey '72 and Sara "Buffy" Jones '74 have shared a special memory of their mother, Betty Mullins Jones '42 with the chapter house by donating her Alpha Phi jewelry.
Betty was president of Alpha Phi International from 1970 to 1974 and continued to support Gamma throughout her life. Now, a 'little bit' of Betty Mullins Jones will always be present at 202 East Hanna Street.
